Heather Landex

Heather is an experienced food safety auditor from the UK, now living in Denmark. She is also vegan and suffers from allergies and intolerances. She has moved from being a generic auditor into an inclusivity expert by sharing her insights and experiences by first authoring a book titled "Inclusive: The New Exclusive" and now helping restaurants (or any food service business) see the "money being left on the table".
