A PDP is a strategic roadmap that helps you identify your goals, assess your strengths and weaknesses, and create a structured plan to achieve your aspirations. So, how do you create a Personal Development Plan? I’m going to walk you through five essential steps:
Step 1: Self-Assessment
The first step in creating a PDP is self-assessment. This is where you take a deep, honest look at where you currently stand. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? What skills do you have, and what do you need to develop?
One useful tool for this is the SWOT analysis—Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Step 2: Define Your Goals
