If you’ve been here from the start, you’ll have heard me talk about mine and my wife’s purpose in building a UK property portfolio.
In this episode, I interview my wife who talks about the importance of giving back and about her passion for helping refugees after we replace our incomes and return to the UK.
In Episode 123, I suggested that in the current climate buy to let is dead and arguably, the stock market is also no longer the land of milk and honey either!
One alternative is to invest in those of us who are prepared to put in the necessary time and effort into building a property business whereby we build our knowledge and experience and contacts and teams and take the risk to give investors a guaranteed return.
But for me that’s just the base line… the standard… everyone in property is offering that…
Wouldn’t you rather get a good return on your money knowing that the same money will be used albeit indirectly to do something to help those less fortunate than ourselves?
