Founded in 2011, Four Hands Brewing has become one of the largest craft breweries in all of eastern Missouri. Their flagship beer, City Wide, is just that--available pretty much everywhere in St. Louis proper and beyond. They've been the inspiration and collaborator to a number of breweries around the country--especially Tripping Animals in Doral. In fact, Tripping Animals was one of the five breweries chosen for their current series of collaborations based around the famous '80s television show, Voltron. I had the opportunity to sit down with Four Hands CEO and President, Kevin Lemp, to talk about making beer in the shadow of one of the largest breweries on the planet--both Four Hands and their sister distillery 1220 Spirits, and, of course, that Voltron collaboration.
