The History of Crazy Dingo Brewing and Talking to A Master of Mixed Fermentation!
We head to southwest Florida! First up is a visit to Southern Fresh Farms in Ft. Myers, the home of Crazy Dingo Brewing. Stu Paasche and his partner have been homebrewing for several years and have opened a space at this small farm just off I-75. We spoke to Stu about the long history of Crazy Dingo and everything going on with their new space. Then we head north to Cape Coral and Eight Foot Brewing, owned and operated by husband and wife team Roger and Alex Phelps. Roger is getting buzz as a master of mixed fermentation; so we spoke with him about bringing such inventive styles to a city not necessarily known for its beer culture. Listen in...
