FTMP S1 E6 - Zachary de Lima

FTMP S1 E6 - Zachary de Lima

This week's artist really allowed the gears in our brains to move in order to have a very deep-seated discussion: Do you HAVE to play/ sing  soca or even calypso in order to be considered 'local'? It was a discussion that didn't necessarily leave us stumped, but it left us wondering what is the industry standard for 'local'?

We like Zachary's style, his blended flavors of pop and calypso. He has a very unique imprint that makes him- unique.

To our audience:
What makes local music local? Do you think that airplay on local radio is balanced?
