This week's artist really allowed the gears in our brains to move in order to have a very deep-seated discussion: Do you HAVE to play/ sing soca or even calypso in order to be considered 'local'? It was a discussion that didn't necessarily leave us stumped, but it left us wondering what is the industry standard for 'local'?
