Dennis Howard is one of Jamaica's most noted ethnomusicologists, possessing over thirty years of experience in the creative industries. A Grammy nominated music producer Howard holds a Ph.D. in cultural studies and ethnomusicology from the University of the West Indies. He is the managing director of the Institute of Cultural Policy and Innovation and has presented his research work in the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Mexico South Africa and several Caribbean islands.
