After being told that she could never have children, Jade tells how her life changed from finding out she was pregnant, the shock at being pregnant with triplets through to a traumatic pregnancy & birth.
Jade her story that, at times, is heart breaking about her own struggles to bond with the Girls, to hiding her own feelings, the depths to which the PND took her up to current day.
