Trond's takeaway
Transitioning a state's economy from one paradigm to another is not an easy task, and it always takes years. Investing in R&D is a key part of the transition. The hard part is not just to make the technology breakthroughs, but to create the innovations that must follow in new business models, and complete with upskilling local talent to be employed in the new reality. To be part of such a change is exciting and it is a leap of faith.
