Josh Zander pointed out a common misconception among golfers --Many believe they need to hit behind the ball, but that's not necessarily the case.
Instead, he suggested thinking of your nose or sternum as the center line of your body. This is where you're likely to bottom out.
He shared a tip for right-handed golfers. By leaning pressure onto the left foot and placing the nose forward of the ball, the club descends into the stand on its way to the low point.
This technique helps in hitting closer to the ball without skulling it because the club is still going downward.
