I'm celebrating my upcoming 50th birthday with a mini challenge called 5 Days to 50.
Day 2: 5 Rounds of 5 Movements:
- Glute Bridges
- Floor Prone Cobra
- Squats (cranky knees option: glute pumps)
- Push-ups (in any way you want - knees, toes, one knee and one toe, elevated - you choose!)
- Alternating Reverse Lunges (cranky knees option: clamshells)
