Good morning everyone, or good afternoon, good day whenever you're listening to this. I wanted to come on with something a bit different than the typical Amy and Cuts, because I had an just an exciting little moment last week that I wanted to share with you, and that is I submitted manuscript number two to my editor. That is something that I have been working on all summer and I know we have been talking some a little bit about this in our monthly meetups and then also, I think I've let you on a little bit, kind of let you into the thought process that I had. I know earlier in the summer I shared that I really felt God asking me to focus my energy on this rather than expanding my training services to young women like I normally do over the summer. So it has been just an incredible project and I know it will change, because that is that was my experience last time. I do pay an editor and she does serve a purpose, and that's not to rubber stamp things. So I expect that there will be a lot of recommendations, but that's what I'm paying for and she knows better than I do. But I wanted to give you a sneak peek. I wanted to share the name of the book with you and also just kind of give you a the overarching theme of it. So this the name of it is your core strength, and as I'm talking, my dog is pooping so you're probably gonna hear some, some bags in the background with me picking that up. So thanks for that, grace, your core strength. Now, what I love about this is, as I was creating and just writing the chapters, I was modeling it after your worthy body. So your core strength has three sections part one, part two, part three. And as I was formulating part one, it became very it became clear to me that I had four themes and those themes, as I kind of worked around, they had an acronym of core. I did not go into this thinking that the title was going to be your core strength, but I just think that this has been such a God designed project that he just gave that to me. So I thought really quickly I would go over what your or what core stands for in the acronym of core. Like I said, part one really focuses on this and I'll get into the basics of it, of the rest of the book here in just a second. But C, as if you read your worthy body. This will not be a surprise. But C stands for calling, so we take care of ourselves so we can do what we are called to do. O stands for originality, and that is our body as a gift from God, original and unique. R stands for relationships we take care of ourselves so we can enjoy and engage in relationships with God and one another. And then E is everything. Everything counts on a health journey, not just food and fitness. I don't know if I said this a second ago, but this book is written for high school women, high school young women. Obviously, it can go on either end up or down, but I'm really tuning into the pain points that these girls may be experiencing. So every chapter is a question, and I think I've been thinking about this this morning. What I'm going to do is, over the next several, many weeks, I'm going to take each one of those questions and I'm going to talk about it on Facebook Live, on our community group. So don't hold me to that, but that's just something I'm exploring right now, because I think these are questions that still, you know, we all have sometimes. How much protein do I need? What's the deal with good and bad fats? How can I design a workout? You know so there's a lot of parallels and similarities to your worthy body, but it's definitely focused for young women and answers those questions that they are going to TikTok for. And if they go to TikTok, that's okay, but I want them to have this strong foundation of why we take care of ourselves. So the this will probably change too, but this took me a long time to put together. But our core strength is this we take care of our original body through relationships and in a variety of ways so we can do what we are called to do. So that encompasses all four of those tenets calling originality, relationships and everything. So that is the sneak peek at the new manuscript, your core strength, and I expect that will. The goal is for it to come out in February. I didn't want to have it lumped in with all things weight loss of January. So the goal it will see how it goes, but the goal is to have it come out in February under the Valentine's love yourself, love you know, love your body theme, rather than new year, new you, because you all know how I feel about that, even though I used to say it. That's all. As you listen to this. I am in Park City, utah, hopefully outside and hiking. I'm recording this on Tuesday because I'm leaving town tomorrow and I am meeting my girlfriends up there as a launch party of sorts. Three of them just launched their oldest into college and we are hoping to do a lot of hiking and outside time. I'm not sure the weather's going to hold up, but you know what, if it is 60 degrees outside and I'm sitting on a porch with my best friends, or some of my best friends, that ain't so bad. All right, you guys have a good one. Bye-bye.
