Today marks the 200th episode of the Graced Health podcast. I can’t believe it and can honestly say it overflows my soul.Â
As I was thinking about how I wanted to celebrate 200 episodes, I considered doing several things. But what seemed the most authentic to who I am and what I love was to hand the mic over. Today my walking partner Laura is interviewing me instead of me interviewing someone else. Laura and I began running about five years ago and she has graciously allowed us to transition to walking as I’ve been paying attention to my body’s signals.
