I want you to know I’m not going to come in here pitching any kind of program, or even a specific way of exercising for that matter. I believe there are a million types of exercises because we all have different bodies and personalities that need and want different things.
The most successful exercise program is the one you’ll do consistently. It doesn’t matter what the studies say. If you don’t do it for fear of failure or lack of time or whatever, then those study results are worthless.
