The underlying reasons you are chronically exhausted (Hint: all roads lead to gut health)

My conversation today with Hally Brooke encompasses all things health: physical, mental and spiritual. Hally comes with such a positive energy that stems from combining a deep understanding of science with a realistic and holistic approach. She defines “nourishment” for us at one point and it was kind of like a Jerry Maguire moment. Instead of “You had me at hello,” it was “You had me at nourished.”


Hally is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach as well as a functional medicine certified health coach based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She’s also a personal trainer, avid mountain biker, dog lover, white water rafter, skier, hiker…you must know this is my kind of gal.
