I’ve been a fitness professional for 17 years, and without fail, the number one request I receive from any client at any age is “more core!” I totally get it- there is nothing more rewarding than arching your back backwards and feeling your muscles stretch and they're sore and it just feels so rewarding. Or if you're attuned to how you're moving, you may notice that you're not able to get out of bed or up off the floor as well anymore.
