Born in Stoke-on-Trent and living in Cheshire for the past 15 years, Eli Lewis-Lycett is a local history researcher and writer. In October 2020 he founded The Local Mythstorian project, an online space dedicated to exploring the extraordinary local histories of Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
His book Mythstoric Origins: Exploring the Extraordinary Local Histories Behind the Legends and Folklore of East Cheshire, Peak District Derbyshire and the Staffordshire Moorlands is set for release in August this year, and he is a regular feature writer for Haunted Magazine.
