Hi, I'm Gemma Toner and I'm the founder and CEO of Tone Networks. Welcome to our new podcast. Have You Had This Conversation? We wanted to create a space to get credible trustworthy answers to questions, you may not even know you had.
Gemma Toner (00:19):
My story began with the simple observation, we're all strapped for time and we all need a little help. Time and time again I found that getting real help, real credible expert advice in coaching isn't easy and the information is often fragmented and unreliable. And quite honestly, we just don't have a lot of time. So we created Tone, a place to quickly and find responsible content, a destination for advice and community in bite size portions. Our experts genuinely care about helping people and improving the human condition. But on this journey, what I've realized is we need to do more than what we've already started.

We needed to create a space that just focused on those big questions, and maybe even some of the uncomfortable conversations that we really don't want to have these days. Let's talk about the things that you are too embarrassed or afraid to ask. Let's also take some time to talk about the things that make you vulnerable. The things that we might all need to learn together. Tone is a community. We are companies, champions, experts, and individuals who believe we can create an inclusive workplace and world.
