Founder of Hanson’s Kitchen, Melissa Hanson has discovered that emotional trauma can often trigger unhealthy habits such as abuse of alcohol, poor relationships and food addictions.
Working as a sports injury massage therapist for 20 yrs, and through extensive research, Melissa has found that the mind body connection is the most powerful tool each one of us can tap into.
“Daily meditation, movement, and a whole food plant based diet can shift us out of a rut of endless medications that are only providing band-aid therapy.” Through a tried and true nutrition protocol in conjunction with a private support group that provides accountability, Melissa has helped countless people apply simple principles and win their health back.
