- ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Vikings are hiring Steelers linebackers coach Brian Flores as their defensive coordinator.
- The 49ers hired former Panthers interim HC Steve Wilks as defensive coordinator
- The Denver Broncos signed HC Sean Payton to a five-year deal. They gave up 1st & 2nd round picks to New Orleans
- The Athletic's Joseph Person believes Panthers LB Shaq Thompson could be a potential cap casualty this offseason. Person points out in his article on The Athletic that the Panthers are $9.5 million over the cap and that cutting Thompson would result in $13.2 million in cap savings -- and an $11.3 million hit in dead money.
- Bengals S Jessie Bates said he'd "love to" return to the Bengals in 2023. Bates was franchise tagged by the Bengals for the 2022 season and is once again set to hit free agency.
- ESPN's Marcel Louis-Jacques writes Miami could save $13.6 million in cap space by releasing Byron Jones with a post-June 1 designation.
- WR AJ Green is retiring after 11 seasons and QB Tom Brady after 23 seasons

- JL Skinner - Voted as the National team's defensive specialist of the week. Unfortunately, Skinner had to miss the game to attend to a family matter.
- Will McDonald - McDonald was a handful off the edge all week, using his speed, athleticism, and spin move to consistently win in drills. McDonald is a player on the rise after a good week in Mobile.
- Daiyan Henley - Henley is an athletic LB who was praised for his ability to hold up in coverage during practices throughout the week.
