Friends! Podcast Fam. It finally happened. It’s crazy because, after three years of constantly trying to mold my life around my family and personal safety, that positive test finally came. And while the most challenging part was being away from my family for 14 days, I put the “5 Minute Rule” from season 5 into context. I'm not going to lie; the first 24 hours were TOUGH, but every day I kept getting remarkably better, and I honestly don’t attribute this to a supplement, a med, or what have you. But to habits and rituals surrounding the “5 Minute Rule,” where I focused on the first 5 minutes (each day) of my breathwork, nutrition, sunlight, activity, brain exercises, etc., and I’m happy to say that I’m coming out of it with so much more. So much so that I had to share. Stay safe, friends. It’s still very much in the world, and if you have questions about COVID, always great to have a chat with your medical professionals. This podcast mainly talked about my experience and how I interacted with quarantine, habits, and rituals, in addition to some story telling.
