Hello, High Performers! Happy National Nutrition Month! Although many of you may not be aware of this industry-only month, we thought it would be a great opportunity to review our nutrition habits and make sure we're on track for the month and beyond. As you know, we've been focusing on "the pivot" and "progress" in the past two seasons. So this month, we'll be talking about specific nutrition topics that are relevant and timely.
