Welcome to another Mentorship Monday!  Today, we build off of last week’s “Phase 1” (EP 49) and continue to dive into one of my favorite “Habit Creator” Systems to teach not only my clients but also help you all understand that when habits (especially wellness) are created, they’re hard to break!  In today’s episode we guide you through the process of the next 70-90 days (not 21!) to help you create a habit that sticks with you, thus becoming part of your new identity as the High Performer in life that you are!
