Did you know that back in 2008-09 (and reported in the early 2010s) UC Berkeley did a study on the “High Five” and found that teams that engaged in more high fives, support, and camaraderie, were also the same teams that did the best in the 2014 season! Crazy, right? So naturally, you should probably do more high fives as well, right? Yup, you guessed it! Tune in to learn more!
