None of us are strangers to criticism. We have all experienced different forms and reactions to criticisms, and have probably dished out a fair share of it ourselves.  But we believe that examining the idea of criticism, where these things come from, and how to learn better patterns of behavior in relation to them is so important for your health and that of those around you.  Though criticisms can sometimes feel unfair and are often more about the other person than us, there is work that we can do, and figuring out what your part in a relationship or interaction is part of the work of growing.  We both feel that this process of examination has been a super empowering one and that, even when we still make mistakes, progress is possible and very rewarding! In this episode, we share some of the questions you can ask yourself about the criticisms that keep cropping up, either things that you instinctively dish out or things that you find particularly triggering.  In order to stay afloat in this ever-connected world, we all have mindset homework to do, and it is such a pity to hide from your dreams and destiny for fear of being criticized! To hear it all on this important, delicate, and ultimately powerful topic, be sure to join us today!
