EP1- RECOGNIZE, SHIFT, AND ALLOW THINGS TO FLOW-A PRACTICE TO HELP YOU MOVE FORWARD

As as I sit here on the beach, as I record this episode, I realized how grateful I am for everything that I have, and for everything that I have gone through. 

In this episode, I just wanna share with you that everything you've been through, you've been through for a reason. And everything you've been through has many perspectives.  

While listening to this episode, think about this... Are you making yourself a victim? Or are you making yourself a viewer of your thoughts? 

I will be discussing the difference between these perspectives and how they will affect your life I will also talk about the following: Shifting your perspective Learn how to "notice" and how it will help you.  What have you shoved down in life that was just uncomfortable? And why you need to recognize this. Live in the moment Always remember, thoughts create a reaction inside your mind, which creates an emotion, and a feeling. And this feeling creates an action. You can choose if you will let the things that caused you pain, sit in your mind. Or forget about the past, stop, and think of something that you are grateful for. 

It is not going to happen in an instant, but this episode will help you how you can recognize, shift, and allow things that are happening in your life.
