Hey all!
Today's show is a piece of the journey that I'm going through at the moment, where I have learned to take space for myself, and to honor my body my soul my mind, when it needs time for rest, which is a lot this summer.
I am learning to do a whole lot of nothing, I have learned to transcend time to get rid of to do lists, and to really honor the time that I have.
I've been practicing a lot of still time in breathwork and in floating therapy and in my pool that is salt water. Just taking in the sun, taking in my senses taking in everything around. Also, allowing us to help me heal, to bring up my energy to increase my body to cleanse my aura, all of these things. These are pieces that I have not shared yet because this is a new part of what I'm going through, and things that have lighting me up.
I am also sharing with you a WEIRD BODY PART SHAMING that I have held on to since im about 12 years old.
