Amazing! Lauren Jean is the new and upcoming voice of the single person! She is bright and confident, giving of her own personal experiences. She is teaching singles and people who are in bad relationships to find peace and happiness from within. She is amazing! What a breath of fresh air. This woman is going places! All my best wishes for her future endeavors!

Lauren’s episodes are so insanely helpful when it comes to really getting an understanding of myself when it comes to relating to others. She really understands the mind and relays information back in a way that’s easy to grasp and also embody. Can’t wait for the next episode.

Lauren Jean’s podcast is the kick in the pants that I, as a single man approaching 50 (literally tomorrow) who has never been married or had children, desperately needed..how refreshing it is to hear someone speak the struggles of dating and confidence and really life in general in such a way that I can truly connect with..after losing a fiancé to cancer, I had immense difficulty moving on..I have come close to being married again, but it has never happened..what’s wrong with me?! Listening to Lauren Jean’s wonderful podcast, I truly realize that there is nothing wrong with me..I have needed a different approach..I’ve been on a long personal journey..I’m getting to where I want to be and it’s amazing to know that there is a podcast out there that speaks to me..let Lauren Jean be your friend, guide, comforter, and coach!

This is such an empowering podcast for finding love and connection at any age! Whether it’s with yourself or with a partner that you’ve been trying to find, you will for sure have those moments of “Ooo I never thought of it like that” or “wow, that totally makes sense” in ways that feel validating and empowering. Lauren is so down to earth and really helps you see things from a new perspective. She really debunks what we’ve accepted in our minds and society as we navigate finding love and letting go of people and relationships that might not serve us anymore. She mixes her compassionate nature, reali-life wisodom, and evidence based facts to inspire any defeated seeker of love to try again. I also really appreciate the mix of wisdom that she drops but also the reflection invitation that really helps making the hard stuff to look at a little bit easier. She totally gives off having coffee with a friend who wants the best for you vibes. Very easy to listen to and you feel hopeful after!
