    • Ask yourself: "What does this new way of being say about who I've become?"
    • Reflect on how it aligns with your values
    • Write down your insights or note them mentally
  4. Body Awareness Check
    • Notice where you feel yourself "shrinking" (shoulders, stomach, voice)
    • Use these physical sensations as early warning signals
    • Consciously adjust your posture when you notice these signs
