Get To Know Sean McRae
Sean MeRae prides himself on being dedicated, honest, reliable and really someone that people can turn to and feel comfortable with. The latter being an important feature when it comes to dealing with not only the largest investment for most people, but often times the most sentimental. He lives and breathes real estate. Sean covers all of Ottawa, Canada and is not afraid to get a little dirty in the outskirts. He has lots of experience as he has owned a General Contracting company (what to look for and how to improve a space) & I currently owns two licenced Tarion custom home building companies. Sean is also a property investor so he can help if you're interested in flipping or holding.
Sean took on his first business venture at 21 when he started his own company and began producing music across North America, learning rather quickly the harsh realities of business. Within 7 years, he had representation and was selling music across the world. However, it was time to move on so Sean used his savings to open a General Contracting company here in Ottawa which has now lead to building custom homes. The experience and knowledge has helped leaps and bounds with real estate, whether it be knowing what to look for when walking into a home or having a keen creative eye as to how someone could improve or transform a space.
Sean has worked in a few cities but Ottawa has always been home. This is where he was born, where he grew up, where he went to school (Carleton University by the way) and where he now raises his family. Sean loves this city, simple as that.
Sean created the Sean Frost Real Estate Team as a group of like-minded agents who wish to privide the very best service to our clients and who are also all friends outside of the workplace. At the Sean Frost Real estate Team, we all share the same desire to not only imporve the quality of life for our own familes, but we a major focus on giving back to the community and helping out people in need.
