One question I often get from people in service-based businesses is "How do I build awareness, and credibility of the work that I do?"
In my Booked Out Facilitator framework, I talk about three key things: Your content, your connection and your craft.
However, to answer this question, I believe you have to be great at both the Craft (What you do) and your Content (How you share your ideas).
