Session 30: What's My Role?

John Paxton, Steve Kerr, Phil Jackson, Michael Jordan. You may not know some of those names. But EVERYONE knows the name, "Michael Jordan". 

He's an iconic player and is arguably the greatest NBA player of all time. Though he was the star player of his team, he needed a team to help him accomplish his goal. As successful as he is, Michael Jordan did not accomplish anything on his own. And guess what... neither can you. 

Michael Jordan had a role to play. So did the members on his team. And so do you. But do you know the role you have to play and do you know the role of others on your team? Questions to ask yourself:

• Am I Open to the Role of others? 
• Who’s Open? 
• Will I submit to the role of others? 
• What’s My Role?  

Additional Next Steps to take:

• What needs to change in me so I can continue to serve faithfully?
• Do I have Joy when I serve in my role?
• How different could my life be if I decrease, so Jesus can increase?
