Refreshingly vulnerable

Funny, smart and each episode seems to hit all the right notes when talking about getting going again. Life is a series of stages and making yourself open and vulnerable to accept not only that you need a change but to go do it is not easy. But being able to hear that you’re not so different and an ‘if I can for this, so can you’ is what I needed.
