Official Rules: Sarah Panus February 2024 StoryBrand Livestream Workshop Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The StoryBrand Livestream Workshop Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Kindred Speak LLC ("Sponsor"), and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
   
   
2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sarah Panus of Kindred Speak LLC, located at 13570 Grove Dr #112, Maple Grove, MN 55311.
   
   
3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
   
   
4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on February 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time ("CST") and ends on February 16, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the "Entry Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
   
   
5. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must visit https://sarahpanus.myflodesk.com/sb-livestream-sweeps-feb24 and follow the online instructions to complete the entry form with all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
   
   
6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a ticket to attend the StoryBrand Livestream Workshop with Sarah Panus, scheduled for February 27-28, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST each day. Prize is valued at $1,500. The winner must be available to attend and participate in the workshop during these dates and times, or they cannot accept the prize. Sarah Panus is a Certified StoryBrand Guide and will be the winner's private coach during this virtual livestream event. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
   
   
7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor within two days after the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be notified by email within three days following the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within three days of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
   
   
8. General Conditions: If for any reason, the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
   
   
9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
   
   
10. Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Kindred Speak website. To read the Privacy Policy, visit https://www.kindredspeak.com/privacy.
    
    
11. Winner's List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Sarah Panus c/o Kindred Speak, 13570 Grove Dr #112, Maple Grove, MN 55311. Requests must be received no later than ten days after the end of the Entry Period.
    
    
12. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Sarah Panus of Kindred Speak, 13570 Grove Dr #112, Maple Grove, MN 55311.
    
    

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, StoryBrand headquarters, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your information to Sarah Panus of Kindred Speak and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Kindred Speak Privacy Policy.

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Kindred Speak as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
