Commuting Meditation Step One: Let It GO:Ok, you had a rough start to your day. Your dog chewed up your shoes; you found a leaky pipe in your home; you and your partner had some not-so-kind words to exchange with each other.

Whatever happened this morning to get you off balance, release it. Holding on to that tension during the commute is just going to add more bad energy to your day.
