Speaker 1:

Hello, hello, hello and welcome back to yet another week and another episode of Electric Preneur Secrets, the Electricians podcast. I am your host, clay Neumeier. With me, as always, my esteemed co-host, joseph Lucani. Give him a wave, joe.

Speaker 2:

And we are the.

Speaker 1:

Electric Preneurs, a couple of master electricians with business addictions here and ready to serve, serve who Serve you if you're an electrician looking to master your sales, buy your pricing and deliver premium level electrical service. And today's episode is no exception. In fact, we've got some great big news today that's going to help you guys win at a whole other level and I can't wait to get into that with you guys. But first and foremost, joe, how you doing, brother man?

Speaker 2:

today is a good day and you know I do give my wave when I give my acknowledgement of peace to people. But you know what? It was a fun weekend. I got to see my family, I got to spend time with the kids. I got to have a flooded kitchen. You know all the good things that make a weekend nice and successful, right.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely, man, and I'm about the same had a great family weekend, drove out into the countryside, got to spend time with some additional family, and I always love, love, love, love getting out of the city, lowering the vibrations right, getting a little more peace. You know how well you're a bit out in the country, I guess where you are, but where I live I'm so central in this town that we live in that I hear sirens like three times a day. I'd move, I'm not about that. It's brutal, man. If I don't hear sirens, I hear the neighbors too close, so we just dream about the country. And this weekend was another opportunity. I didn't hear anything but birds in the river for like two days. Man, and that is just serenity, absolute peace.

Speaker 2:

I love that.

Speaker 1:

It sounds so, so good. So we got some big stuff today and always, always thinking of lifting and rising. This time lifting this trade up, as it seems no one has done for electricians before. We could touch on that. But if you've ever felt like the redheaded stepchild with no support, well before us, that's how we were feeling too, before this mission, before specifically stepping up to help electricpreneurs with, as we said, the sales, but more so the service aspect. At a time when everyone's going against it, seemingly everyone's looking for the next AI bought to answer the phones and make outbound calls for us, at a time where everyone's leaning on technology to do our jobs for us, we just want to stand back and throw our hands up and say you know what? Shouldn't we still focus on the customer experience in a human to human aspect? Couldn't agree more brother, I really couldn't, and on that mission it's led us to produce almost 270 episodes of this podcast, which means, by my math, joe I don't know if you've pulled the calculator out on this but for all 52 weeks that are in a year, we've got more than enough podcasts to listen to a fresh one Monday through Friday in each of those weeks. Can you believe that?

Speaker 2:

You know, it's actually a bit of a dream, kind of realized here, because we started off saying that we want to be in the van with you. You know when you're driving to and from calls. That's why we made the episodes the length we did, because when I was doing it I would listen to just training material. Any material I can get my hands on. I would just loop over and over and over again in my van. But now you guys don't have to, because the information is constant and irrelevant and up to date 100% and to solve these problems for electric printers everywhere.

Speaker 1:

If you've been following along, then it's likely you may have even noticed that we did not waste any time. We didn't waste any efforts In this podcast. We've been on record saying many times we got rid of all the fancy shit to just be here and provide real value. It's not necessarily about this big self hug and like just providing value, just trying to help in every way that we can, but what that meant is we've kind of built this plane in midair and this plane's been carrying a lot of people to some great places, if I can stick with the metaphor for a moment. Yeah, think back to the interviews we've done in the last year and some of the client testimonies and even just listener testimonies. Dorian Hayes is one that comes to mind, who we interviewed last fall, last fall winter. But, early on. This was an individual who was just listening to this podcast and sending us pictures of the checks he was cashing, hitting his first double digit sales, and when I say that I mean like $10,000 plus. And we've had other guys like Bailey send us checks of not send us checks I wish. Thanks, bailey. They send us evidence of their checks of 20 to $30,000 sales their first sales being made on the backs of really this service and this motivation that we give on this podcast and that just has kept it running and kept it going for so long. Both you and I talk about this and our gratitude for it Almost daily, man. I mean, how much has this changed your life? Can I just ask you that open ended question?

Speaker 2:

Yeah. So it actually has helped me in a lot of different ways as a personal and on a personal basis, because when I first started off I would talk about how being an individual on the spectrum, being on social media and putting yourself forward outwards, into the atmosphere, can be awkward and sometimes uncomfortable. But I've come to learn in this journey that it's worth looking awkward for the sense of pulling someone out of a mud, like I would rather, even even if it meant I showed up in the person's mind in a clown suit. My hand is still there, it is still out, and I am not going to let go of any electricians that are willing to help me. Let me pull them back out of that mire. So I feel like it's made me a person that's more capable of helping others because I'm more likely to believe in myself during it.

Speaker 1:

I love that man, I really do. I mean, that's so huge. It's massive, and I feel much, very much the same way. I got into this to help people. You got into this to help people. I mean, our paths crossed basically with this similar vision of just inspiring and helping electricians, and it's really been an incredible journey in doing that. What that means, though building this plane in midair means that, hey, if you've ever put your hand up and received a value piece from us, then it's very likely that you've got an actual puzzle piece from everything that we teach on the inside track, where we've seen over 100 electric printers now come through and see massive wins and in 2023, ultimately over $5 million in reported wins just on the reported stuff, and that's without going back to each and every person that was with us and looking at their overall gross revenue and doing the math. I mean, that's just the reported wins on platinum sales, gold sales, the biggest sales these guys have ever made. Again, not to take credit for it, but just to share this grace for it and how important that is, and so, if you'll consider that, hey, you've got actual pieces of our program in your inbox, whether you've used them yet or not, I know there's a large degree of us that are just overwhelmed and maybe not even getting to those value pieces, but know this if you're listening to this and you've got unopened, unused ones, stuff you haven't taken from Austin and put to use yet, that's still useful and it's going to be useful a while in its actual little drips of the actual program that we've come to to build up, and that's what leads us to this exciting news. I'm really excited for this. I've been looking forward to this all week. For the first time ever, all of our training is going to be accessible on an application that will be accessible through our website. So when you log on to serviceloopelectricalcom currently on the head or you're going to see the about us, the home page, the podcast links, all that stuff, but soon to be course content and actual linking to the exact content that you need in your business or you feel next, that's your next priority training in your business and what that takes, though. What that takes is for us to spend an hour a day, five days a week for the next 10 weeks, to record every video so that you have someone literally explaining this step by step to you that you could also either watch the video, hear the audio and or download the text for that, so that it's a complete training and in many cases, like the sales process, like the CSR training that you're so wonderfully doing, there's also going to be a classroom setting video as well that you could also listen, to, watch, to really hammer this home. I mean, it's so effective. You could train a team with this stuff.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we wanted to make it something that covered every style of learning. If you like to read, you can do that. If you feel like you need to have your hands on, great, we have the classroom function. If you feel like you like listening, no worries, have a direct lesson. If you want to go through, it doesn't matter, it's all accessible and it's meant for every style of learning.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely so. If you're a client currently, if you've been someone that's been with us and we've said see you later for a bit, if you're someone who's just been thinking about us or just come and found us, now, all of this is for all of you, and we just can't rest until that investment is complete. Here's what that means, though. To invest an hour a day means that we actually had to move the schedule around a little bit, and we found the perfect way to accomplish this while still providing incredible value on this podcast five days a week, because we want to be with you guys in the van, like Joe said earlier, every single day, monday to Friday of each week, and now that we have enough episodes, and now that we have this sort of schedule to get all this done, we found that, temporarily, what we can do is replay our most popular episodes four days a week, while still providing one fantastic live session every week to continue to help electric printers, even while we're building this thing up, like nothing has been done for our industry before. Joe, I'm so damn excited for this. How about you, brother?

Speaker 2:

And I wish I could properly explain it. It's like some people wake up on their Monday mornings and they dread work. Some people look forward on Friday nights and they can't wait to get out of work. It's so opposite to how we feel. I close out on Friday, can't wait for Monday, because I know that what we're doing is exactly what I would have needed when I was starting out, and I needed it so desperately back then that the fires under both of us to make sure that those of you who do need it now we might not have had it for us, but we'll be damned if you don't have it for you.

Speaker 1:

So I am so passionately excited to serve you guys at the highest level, absolutely, man, and even just as a side token, because we're never seeming to be working on enough, right? This actually follows the principles of Kaizen, which is something that came from its Japanese, from Toyota manufacturing. I think we can all appreciate a good Toyota vehicle, right? They do hold their value Absolutely or a strong horse to ride, right? So Toyota came up with this concept of Kaizen. That just means constant, never-ending improvement Removing waste, increasing effectiveness, removing waste, increasing effectiveness and we continue to do this and we end up with something truly special, and that's what this effort is. So, even on the side of that, we're still Remember our million dollar launch. We also promised you guys a mini course for that, and that's actually in the works right now. In fact, our complete, first rough draft is done and that's being reviewed in the coming weeks too. So this has never been a more exciting time for electric burners, and it's just an absolute pleasure to be able to be here and announce these big things, because this mini course is going to be available to so many people and we know that 85% of electricians who get their ticket at some point will moonlight. They'll do their own business, they'll take a full-time run at it like. There's a ton of entrepreneurial spirit in the trades, and electricians are no exception. So what we're trying to do is get ahead of it and stop people from coming into business without a clue, without any training, just wondering, trying to fumble their way through it and actually have some ground to stand on. So you're not building your house on the sands of summer on an incredibly strong foundation where you understand your pricing, you understand how to serve and set up a customer experience and you understand, maybe most importantly, your value and how to articulate it. My god, how important is that stuff, Joe? I've been talking too much here. Man, we're wrapping this one up pretty darn close. Do you have anything else that you wanted to add to this message today?

Speaker 2:

I just wanted to add with it almost a moment of gratitude, if that's okay. Yeah, because we've talked about the things that we've done for others and I just wanted to say for everyone who's listening that we may not know every one of your names, but we are so grateful for every single person who logs on and listens, not just because we're hoping to work with you in the future, but because we are genuinely trying to change an industry, and it's been so much where A3AC and plumbing has had the focus, and we are doing everything we can to shift that spotlight back onto those who power the light in the first place. We know that you guys are busting your butts in the trenches. We know that we are all trying to climb, so let's climb together, and I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart it has truly been an honor to serve you.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely, man, and I'll double down on that too, and we're going to make some action items with this too. If you're hearing this and hearing that, okay, they're going to air some replays and feeling like that's a value deficit. I challenge that to the nth degree, because we've heard so many times, and even in polling this decision, people tell us gosh, we get so much more when we listen. Again, now that we've matured some more, so putting these best episodes forth again, I just cannot wait, and it's going to allow us to focus on our weekly episode, even as we go here and continue to share updates and continue to share lessons, even as we record our lessons and guides and all the class and the client works and everything else that goes into this. So, as a basic action, take this, like us, with some excitement, some motivation, because we're not going anywhere. Baby, right, take this, stay with us five days a week, keep listening, keep being inspired, keep taking these actions that we're proposing every day of the week and keep taking these value pieces. Take everything we give, just promise to take action and let us know about your wins. Joe, do you want an all star or do you want me to take it? I'll take it.

Speaker 2:

So if the basic action was simply just take the advice, the all star action goes a little bit further, because you can hold a candle in your hand and see something, but you can't help someone else see with the same candle. So what I recommend is, if you're watching something and you've seen, that is giving you value. I'm not even asking that you share the link, but simply you share what you've learned with other people you don't even have to say it came from us, but take it and share it and make sure as many electricians are seeing this information as possible, because we truly want this industry to change. It needs to change and it's going to change for the better.

Speaker 1:

I love that man. Without further ado, this has been an excellent episode. To just catch up with you, man, share some grace, share some wins, talk about the future. Keep on building this thing up, keep exercising kai zen and keep helping you guys. Be inspired, be actionable and and really take your own dreams into your own hands. We're going to continue to be with you five days a week in our effort to help you master sales, simplify pricing and deliver premium level electrical service. Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye. Thanks, joe, you'll be well. I love that anything.
