Kim reveals in depth conversation, where she didn't embrace the skin she's in, equated to being homeless. She says, "you don't have to live in the street, under a bridge, or be displaced from a brick and mortar structure, to be homeless". Kim credits having 'the disease to please others' mindset, with prohibiting her from celebrating herself. This heartfelt discussion unpacks the previous framework of Kim's life. She lived without embracing or embodying her 'as is', authenticity, self-acceptance, self-trust, and so much more. Her vulnerability is highlighted, as she journeys through challenges and later leverages them.
