She is the director and founder of Courage to Lead, which assists organizations with assessing the climate and culture, and helps leaders to become better aligned with organizational strategy. A joint founder of Leadership Pathways, she served as a partner and director for the five years she was part of the team. Nolitha has recently launched an internationally renowned meditation app known as Insight Timer.
