Deborah Jackson (Women in Business)

Deborah Jackson (Debbie) is from Birmingham, Alabama, and currently resides in Riverside County. She is ecstatic to be a member of the Hemet/San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce within her local community and has launched her businesses Deb’s Barbershop Salon and Jackson Salon Suites in the City of Hemet, CA. She has two amazing daughters Dianna and Ivana who are both in college pursuing a higher education which has inspired their mother to pursue her degree as well. She is currently completing her last four courses at the University of Arizona Global Campus. She will be receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Human Resource Management. Her goal is to pursue her MBA program starting this Summer 2022.  She is actively involved in the community of Riverside County as a licensed Master Cosmetologist and Crossover Barber. Through her excitement she has recently shown interest in joining the Black Riverside Chamber and the Multi-Culture Riverside Chamber as well. Despite her challenges with the pandemic crisis her rewarding goal is to implement a Non-Surgical Hair Replacement and Education Center within the Jackson Salon Suites. Doing hair has been her passion for over 36 years. She has a loving kind spirit that attracts a diverse group by serving people throughout the cities of Riverside, San Diego, Orange, Murrieta, Temecula, and LA County. Her positive reputation speaks for itself with a Google 5-star rating. Not only that her clientele has flourished, but she is known to be one of the greatest stylists here in the City of Hemet.
She is a licensed Master Cosmetologist for both states of California and Georgia. In 1997, she became the first African American woman entrepreneur who opened her first salon located in Jonesboro, Georgia called De' Anna's Beauty Salon among her graduate class at the Osborne Uni
