Gary “CAL-G” Burnett (CEO, Pure Vessel Entertainment Ministries)

Cal-G, born in South Central Los Angeles, is a Pastor, Songwriter, Singer, Rapper and Producer. His love for music began as a child laying next to speakers and audibly picking out each instrument. As a teen, this love grew to addiction with Parliament, Cameo, Earth, Wind, and Fire and ironically, Roger Troutman. His Hip Hop experience began at 13 as a DJ and later as an MC at parties.
Later God hooked him up with Rufus Troutman III, the nephew of Cal-G's favorite artist, Roger Troutman. They recorded the song "Drop Down" on Rufus' debut album "No Compromise" and “Just A Test” on the “All Things Are Possible” CD. He has released the single Jesus” featuring Rufus Troutman, “Look To The Hills” and “Your Word” and is currently completing his first CD this year called “Antidote.” Cal-G's sound is a combination of authentic funk, R&B, Gospel and Hip Hop.
