I’m excited to welcome Meredith Newlin, a full-time educator and book coach for educators, back on the podcast today. I’ve coached Meredith for a couple of years now, and this is the year things have really taken off for her. She shares why she thinks that is and what advice she has for other new entrepreneurs.

Meredith Newlin is in her 16th year teaching. Her passion and purpose is teaching as well as helping motivate and inspire educators to tap into—and keep— their joy for the teaching profession. Meredith's journey into edupreneurship began with publishing her first book Captured Fireflies: Truths, Mistakes, And Other Gifts Of Being an English Teacher, which led to creating The Transformed Teacher podcast and creating workshops, online courses, and coaching programs for teachers. She regularly presents at national conferences for teachers and currently coaches teachers who want to publish and successfully market their own books.

A North Carolina native, Meredith currently lives in Denver, Colorado with her two children, Eleanor and Oscar.
