Jaime Booth Jenkins is a behaviour change specialist, who lives in Nova Scotia Canada. She runs Loaf Farms an experiential learning platform that sits at the confluence of well-being theory, neuroscience, and permaculture.
I felt it was important to bring you this episode today, right at the start of the year when many of us are setting New Years Resolutions and examining which behaviours and habits we would like to change. Jaime brings a lifetime of experience and a formal education in Social Work, Applied Positive Psychology, and the Neuroscience of Mental Health, to support others in achieving their personal and professional aspirations with a particular interest in addictions.
