Susan welcomes Mike Overlie back to the show to talk about men’s mental health. While June may have been declared the month to focus on the importance of this, we both felt it should be a conversation that happens regularly. Mike knows systems don’t work unless all parts are in alignment. He also knows that most men haven’t been given the emotional skills to handle the messiness that life throws at them. In his book, Let Your Dog Lead, Mike shares his own emotional awakening and how that was a massive life changer. He also shared one of his favorite poems, by Dale Wimbrow,  Guy In the Glass
