Best Podcast Ever!

I rarely review anything! But, I just had to commend Michael's work here and the SDA.

Having listened to all 37 podcasts, well as of today, I can't wait to go back to listen to all the episodes all over again, this time taking notes.

Why? Because the podcasts focus on buying Apartment buildings and allow listeners to gain valuable and actionable intelligence about the Apartment Syndication space, which I plan to gradually evolve into within the next 5 years.

If you are serious about learning the Multifamily/Apartment investing niche, then undoubtedly this is podcast for you. Good luck everyone!
