About the Guest:
Melanie has always had an interest in food, nutrition and exercise. She has a degree in biology and many certifications & trainings in detoxification, nutritional endocrinology, gut micro biome, functional blood chemistry analysis and blood sugar management and studied nutritional herbalism locally. She enjoys travelling and as a tour guide her adventures led her to other parts of the world to learn about new cultures and their methods to heal the body and live a healthy life.
She lives a whole food, plant based lifestyle on her farm in Ontario where she also loves gardening, animals and spending time outdoors in nature.
