Responsibility & accountability while you heal is important, through all aspects of your treatments and ongoing healing. The priority has to be you - No one else can do this work - we each have to DECIDE every day to heal. For some of us, taking responsibility for this starts hard and even gets harder when the treatments are over.
Making ourselves a priority isn’t easy. It can feel selfish, awkward, hard…But why is this important? And how do we hold ourselves accountable to our own healing? In this episode, Dina and Maggie discuss their personal challenges with making themselves a priority through their journey and now on the other side of their treatments.
Taking responsibility to make yourself a priority is not only OK, it is necessary!
