With over 30 years of experience in operations, primarily in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and B2B sectors, Maureen specializes in plant turnarounds and has achieved over $25 million in cost savings through Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance. Her significant accomplishments include a 16% productivity boost at Rust-Oleum’s largest plant, improving customer fill rates to 99%. Maureen holds a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, and she is a certified Lean Facilitator and Quality Engineer. Actively involved in industry and community groups, she serves on several boards and enjoys reading, traveling, and baking in her spare time.
