Simple practices that reveal so much

This first episode of the Mystical Sisterhood podcast was so approachable and enlightening. I loved the practice of picturing yourself as a very young child. It highlighted for me how some of the awe with the world is lost as we get older, and how that ease we have to be happy in the world seems to become more difficult. I am going to focus on bringing that easy smile back to my adult self. I highly recommend listening!
