Mindset Practice - To tilt your mindset to the positive, do the following:
Notice the little gems that are naturally a part of your day. These can be small and ordinary experiences and are easy to overlook. These are the things that are also true in life and these gems are all around us so why not pick them up?
Don’t dismiss enjoyable experiences as lightweight or trivial and don’t think that grinding and wearying stressful experiences are somehow the foundation of a good life. No, it’s the opposite, positive experiences fill us up and negative ones wear us down.
Remember what you are noticing is not made up, these are experiences that are real and you aren’t making them up and just ‘thinking positive’.
Set an Intentions for your day
Intentions are powerful because when you set your intentions, your thoughts follow, as do your actions
Or Implementation intentions – when X happens I will do Y
