Understanding The Differences in Each Child

Understanding The Differences in Each Child

In this episode, we really dive into the differences in each child, their milestones, and the ways that they reach those milestones in relation to others. We focus on not comparing children to others, and that common markers are helpful, but not the be-all and end all in child development.
Also discussed is the change in parent teacher relations as time has progressed, and how being too involved in dictating the teacher's actions can potentially be more harmful than helpful. We discuss tactics and tips for conversing and becoming a team with your children's teachers for the best growth trajectory.

This episode is a first hand account of how teachers can be the best partners in child development and often have different but helpful tactics on getting the best from your children.
